   User-facing macro helpers (issue #18).

   This package is the curated surface that user macro files import from,
   so internal reorgs in ``id4_common`` don't ripple into beamline scripts.
   The single canonical entry point is :mod:`id4_common.macros.macros_api`;
   other helpers will be added here over time.
